1. Introduction

Welcome to the Facebook Ad Library Scanner Plugin (the “Plugin”), developed and provided by Streamline Dynamics (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Plugin available at https://streamline-dynamics.nl. By installing or using the Plugin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not install or use the Plugin.

Valid Access Token: Obtain and maintain a valid Facebook Graph API Access Token with the necessary permissions (e.g., ads_read, ads_archive) to use the Plugin.
Data Usage: Use any data retrieved via the Plugin in compliance with Facebook’s data usage policies and applicable laws, including data protection and privacy laws.

6. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Access Token and any other authentication credentials.
Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when using the Plugin.
Monitoring Compliance: Regularly review and ensure compliance with these Terms and any updates.

7. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Plugin, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in and to the Plugin, including but not limited to software, logos, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Streamline Dynamics.
No Transfer of Rights: Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights, title, or interest in or to the Plugin are transferred to you.

9. Termination

By Company: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Plugin will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

As-Is Basis: The Plugin is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind.
No Warranties: We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
